Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 1-3 days if the goods are in stock, 15-20 days if the goods need to be
produced.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free?
A: Yes, we offer the ready sample for free and you just pay the cost of freight then you
can get it. If you want the customized sample, you need to pay the charge of sample.

A: Yes, color and size can be customized according to your needs.
Q. Can you provide the laser cutting and CNC engraving service?
A:Yes. There is laser cutting machine and CNC engraving machine in our factory, we can
provide these service for you.
