We Can Give The Acrylic Sheet of "Mirror Effect"
Our acrylic electroplating process can give the sheet a mirror-like reflective appearance, providing an effect similar to a two-way mirror — featuring mirror reflection while still retaining the light-transmitting properties of acrylic — but it is not a two-way mirror. It is a unique acrylic sheet with optical characteristics.

A: We select the sheet thickness and structure according to the product size, load, and application. Bends, ribs, and interlocking features can improve rigidity without simply increasing material thickness and cost.
Q: Can you create a strong snap-fit system without screws, adhesives, or metal parts?
A: Yes. We can develop tab-and-slot or snap-fit structures made entirely from acrylic. Because acrylic has limited flexibility, joint tolerances and repeated assembly requirements should be verified through a prototype.
Q: Can you produce custom colors?
A: Yes. Clear, transparent, opaque, and custom colors are available. Color matching can be based on a Pantone or RAL reference or a physical sample, subject to material type and order quantity.
Q: Can you add a custom logo?
A: Yes. Logos can be added through screen printing, UV printing, laser engraving, or CNC engraving. We will recommend the process based on the required appearance, durability, and quantity.
Q: What is the sample lead time?
A: Most samples can be completed within 3–5 working days after the drawing, material, and finish are confirmed. Complex structures, custom colors, or tooling may require additional time.
Q: What is the production lead time?
A: Bulk production normally takes 10–25 working days after sample approval and deposit. Final timing depends on quantity, processing requirements, packaging, and material availability.
Q: What is the estimated unit weight of each product?
A: Unit weight is calculated from the confirmed dimensions, thickness, structure, and accessories. We can provide an estimate from your drawing and verify it after completing the sample.
Q: Do you have experience with flat-pack acrylic products for e-commerce?
A: Yes. We can develop flat-pack acrylic products with interlocking structures, protective film, individual packaging, and assembly instructions. Designs can be optimized to reduce shipping volume and delivery damage.
