High clarity (~92%), lightweight, easy to tint, low cost, glass substitute.
PC
Tough and flexible, very high impact strength, excellent heat resistance.
PS
Hard but brittle, scratches easily, low heat and chemical resistance.
PETG
High flexibility, moderate shrinkage, strong impact, slightly below PC.
Custom Options For Large Mirror Sheets
We offer custom-cut mirror sheets in any size and thickness you require, no matter how large or small.
Available in custom shapes (blueprint required). We also offer custom cutouts and edge finishing.
Any design can be printed onto the mirror surface (cutting diagrams and print files must be provided).
The mirror surface can undergo secondary treatments, including coating, hardening, and anti-fog treatment.

Q: What Is A Large Plastic Mirror Sheet?
A: These are mirror panels made from plastic sheets, with common types including PMMA (acrylic), PC, PETG, and PS mirrors. Compared to glass mirrors, they are lighter, safer, and better suited for large-format processing and customization.
Q: Is the reflective quality of plastic mirrors inferior to that of glass?
A: It is generally suitable for standard decorative and display applications, but may appear slightly warped when used in large sizes, thin sheets, or when installed unevenly; therefore, it should not be equated with high-precision mirror glass.
Q: Is a plastic mirror suitable for long-term outdoor use?
A: Most standard plastic mirror panels are not recommended for long-term outdoor use. Temperature fluctuations, humidity, and environmental changes outdoors can easily affect the mirror coating and the overall stability of the panel.
Q: Can plastic mirrors replace glass mirrors?
A: It can be used as a substitute in many display, decorative, and safety applications. Its advantages include being lightweight, shatter-resistant, and easier to transport and install; however, the suitability depends on the specific application.
Q: Can you provide full-size sheets and custom-cut pieces?
A: Yes. Many suppliers offer standard-sized slabs and can cut them to size; some can even process them into irregular or custom shapes.
Q: Does the plastic lens come with a protective film when it's shipped?
A: Yes, we apply a protective film to every lens to prevent scratches and other damage during shipping. If the glass is custom-cut into smaller pieces, it will also be covered with a protective film; we typically apply the film before cutting.
